2022 Annual General Meeting & Mt Taylor Skills Park Project Launch

Mountain Biking East Gippsland Inc. will be holding this years Annual General Meeting on Sunday 16 October 2022 commencing at 1pm at Mt Taylor Bike Park, Bullumwaal Road, Mt Taylor.

This is an opportunity to participate in a Club activity and to have a say in the appointment of the Club Committee for the next 12 months.

Consistent with our Rules of Incorporation, all the Committee positions will be vacated prior to the meeting, and we will be seeking nominations for positions on the Committee.

If you have an interest in supporting the Club and  skills that would support the work that we are doing, then we’d encourage you to consider getting involved.   If you are interested in a role, know someone who is interested or if you would like some more information about what is involved, please make contact.  You can nominate yourself.  If you can’t make the meeting, you can appoint a proxy to make your vote count.  You can access all of meeting documents here

We will be at Mt Taylor on the day from around 11am if you’d like to join us for a social ride and BYO lunch.

After the meeting we will be officially launching the Mt Taylor Skills Park Project, which has been funded by the Australian Government through the Black Summer Bushfire Recovery Program.  Representatives of the recently appointed contractors TrailScapes Pty Ltd will join us and this will be an opportunity to learn about the project and provide input on the design for the Skills Park.

It’s also the first time that we have been able hold the AGM in person – so come along and make a day of it!
